Berry Queen (GF)
Black raspberry and blueberry base with gluten free strawberry cookies. Topped with strawberry cookie crumble and snozzberry sauce.

Fruity Pebbles & Lucky Charms cereals with marshmallows in a Fiori di Sicilia base (Citrus Vanilla). Topped with caramelized Fruity Pebbles.
Brazilian Brigadeiro Chocolate (GF)
Chocolate from South America and Gabby’s Brigadeiro truffle recipe. Topped with chocolate puff sprinkles.
Coconut Caipirinha (V)
Coconut base with lime, salt and a dash of cachaca (a Brazilian sugar cane based spirit).
Cyanide Joy (V)
Coconut and almond marzipan with dark chocolate freckle. Topped with toasted coconut.
Fun fact! Cyanide smells like bitter almonds!

MN peace coffee and bourbon ice cream with chocolate chips.
Dat Malt Dough
Malted base ribbon with chocolate ganache cookie dough.
G.O.A.T Apple Pie
Cajeta caramel base, roasted apple and cinnamon jam. Topped with pie crumble streusel.
Dark chocolate ice cream, with spicy brownies made with Korean gochujang chili paste. Topped with optional extra chili pepper.
Buttermilk custard with honey roasted pear and pie crust swirl. Topped with burnt honey glaze.

Lavendar ice cream with a vanilla honey swirl. Topped with toasted honey syrup.

Peanut butter malted base with chocolate covered peanuts.
Pistachio w/ Almond (GF)
Ground Pistachios from Bronte Italy with Almond Marzipan. The pistachios are grown on the slopes of an active volcano (Etna). In their unique growing conditions they keep the pistachio more green and flavorful.
Roasted pumpkin base with cafe miel sauce throughout with ginger molasses cookie dough, topped with roasted pecans. (No Karens were harmed in the making of this ice cream).
Rhubarb Razz & Coconut Water Sorbet (GF & V)
Graham cracker ice cream with peanut butter caramel, toasted marshmallows and chocolate ganache. Topped with mini marshmallows, chocolate sauce and streusel.
Strawberry Fields 4 Ever (GF)
Strawberry rhubarb razz jam with cream cheese. Topped with Strawberry sauce.

The Grasshopper (GF)
Mint chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate covered grasshopper mix ins. Bugs in food aren't weird. The rest of the world eats them.
Tres Leches W/ Strawberry Churros (As seen on the Food Network 2014) (GF)
Tres Leches ice cream with strawberry churros and jam. Topped with strawberry cookie crumble and strawberry sauce.
