The safety and health of our staff and our guests is the most important thing to us. Our shop is following the CDC guidelines along with taking extra precaution in preventing the spread of COVID-19. Our procedures are listed below but are not limited to:
All staff members are required to wear face masks at all times. Customers are required to wear masks while not seated at a table for dine in per the Minneapolis mandate.
We are performing health screenings and temperatures checks of all staff each day upon arrival. Staff is prohibited from entering the building if they are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID. Staff is routinely tested and quarantined if exhibiting any symptoms of COVID.
We are disinfecting surfaces (including the register screen, door handles and counters) frequently. We are disinfecting and sanitizing all cone holders and bathrooms between visits and uses.
We currently are not doing samples. We just don't feel we can do this safely for guests and staff. If you don't like what you order, our policy is just let us know and we will happily find you a better fit!
Sanitizer is available for customers throughout the shop.
Social distancing signage and markers are displayed everywhere.
Employees are required to wash hands and/or change gloves if touching a surface or item a guest has also touched.
We ask that if possible, to use contactless methods of payment for everyone's safety. We are accepting cash, card and various forms of digital wallets like Apple Pay. No bills higher than a $20 are accepted.
We have made and continue to make changes to our infrastructure to maintain social distancing and provide a safe and clean environment
