It’s a matcha base, with mint chocolate freckle, chocolate wedding cake mix ins and chocolate covered crickets, supplied by local company 3 Cricketeers!
Mushroom Pecan (GF)
If you haven’t tried this before, we use a rare mushroom and steep it like tea. The twist, the mushroom tastes just like maple syrup! Then we mix in roasted pecans in a sweet cream base.NO MAPLE SYRUP IS USED IN THIS RECIPE. No cheating!

Tres Leches Strawberry Snickerdoodle
As seen on the Food Network and voted a "perfect 10" by John Harrison, the inventor of cookies and cream ice cream!
