Monster Mash

(GF without cereal topping)

It’s a strawberry Nesquik base with marshmallow mix ins, then the scoop is topped with locally sourced General Mills Monster Mash cereal!

Hell is a teenage girl. Inspired by the film Jennifer's Body which takes place in Minnesota!

It's a coconut tutti fruitti bubble gum base with sour candy mix ins, topped with strawberry guava blood sauce.

A sweet cream base with cinnamon apple crisp mix-ins, topped with homemade butterscotch.

Mushroom Pecan (GF)

We use a rare mushroom that tastes just like maple syrup and steep it like a tea (so there are no chunks of mushroom in this) to flavor the base and mix in butter roasted pecans.

We promise it tastes AMAZING!

Pumpkin Becky (P)

A roasted pumpkin base with ginger molasses cookie dough mix ins, topped with cafe miel sauce.

Blame it on My Juice (GF) (V)

A refreshing sorbet for summer! A blend of strawberry, banana and lime sorbet that's creamy, refreshing and sweet.

Coconut Caipirinha (GF) (V)

A vegan favorite has returned! This is based on Brazil's national cocktail!

It's a coconut base with fresh lime juice and a little bit of cachaça (Brazilian Rum).

A sweet cream base that tastes like sugar cookies, then we mix in bits of the Mother's pink animal cookies, handmade pillows of frosting ganache and rainbow sprinkles. The scoops are then coated with additional sprinkles and a full animal cookie on top!

Fruity Pebbles & Lucky Charms cereals with marshmallows in a Fiori di Sicilia base (Citrus Vanilla). Topped with caramelized Fruity Pebbles.

Dat Malt Dough (P)

Sweet cream base with a fudge ribbon and heathy sized chocolate ganache cookie dough that's malted and salted.

Dulcineia (P)

Named after Gabriella's mother. She used to have a wedding cake business growing up so this pays homage to those memories.

A sweet cream base with chocolate wedding cake mixed in and a raspberry swirl. Topped with a raspberry sauce and whipped cream.

The perfect flavor to bring you to back to grade school memories! Peanut butter and coconut base with a vibrant plum jam swirl. Topped with additional plum jam and peanut butter coated potato chips.

Manda Chuva

A retired flavor has come back for us to enjoy!

Manda Chuva translates to "Bringer of Rain" which is pretty fitting for this flavor because it has almost everything you can think of in it!

It's a sweet cream base with TONS of mix ins! Mix ins include homemade brownies, walnuts, peanut butter ripple and it's topped with our homemade pretzel butter (it's like cookie butter but made with pretzels!)!

Maracuja (GF) (P)

Passion fruit and a cream cheese base. Simple and absolutely delicious!

Marvelous Mrs. Hazel (V) (P)

A chocolate hazelnut base with healthy sized chocolate cookie dough chunks. It's so creamy you would never believe it's vegan!

Peanut Butter Puppy Chow (P)

Peanut butter malted base with chocolate covered toffee.

Pistachio w/ Almond (GF)

Ground pistachios from Bronte, Italy with almond Marzipan. The pistachios are grown on the slopes of an active volcano (Etna). In their unique growing conditions they keep the pistachio more green and flavorful.

We set stuff on fire! A salted caramel base that we coat in our flan egg brûlée sauce with sugar, then we toast it for the perfect brûlée topping to crack!

A sweet cream and salted doce de leite base with ample Oreo and peanut butter freckle mix ins, topped with additional doce de leite sauce.

Exactly as it sounds! Great, REAL Tahitian vanilla bean with MSG (monosodium glutamate) added to make it better! No, MSG isn't bad for you it's naturally occurring and has been used in xenophobic rhetoric to give it a bad reputation. Umami is amazing!
